The University of Montana will offer Avenue Q, the buzzy and riotous musical comedy that will showcase both the School of Music and the School of Theatre & Dance. Avenue Q runs in the Montana Theatre of the Performing Arts and Radio/Television Center on campus tonight, October 1-5 and October 8-12 at 7:30 pm.

The list of phrases used to describe Avenue Q is endless: Irreverent. Hilarious. Surprisingly sincere. Topical. Disarming. Tony Award-winning. A twisted love letter to "Sesame Street." This fresh and funny musical chronicles the post-college adjustments young adults (and puppets) must make as they realize that growing up supremely special-as their parents, coaches, and teachers told them they were-might not result in being truly prepared for the real world. Overflowing with catchy tunes and mature situations, Avenue Q is sure to captivate audiences with its unique blend of heart and brazenness. Did we mention there are puppets?
