The University of Montana is pleased to present ALL IN THE TIMING, a modern comedy classic from a playwright the New York Times called "a master of fun." ALL IN THE TIMING runs in the Masquer Theatre of the Performing Arts and Radio/Television Center on campus March 15-19, 2016.

ALL IN THE TIMING brings audiences a sampling of short comic plays that are loosely connected by themes of romantic complications, language, and the meaning of life. Both poignant and hilarious, ALL IN THE TIMING's truly original characters and plots will spark laughter and reflection as Ives meditates on humanity using first dates, famous historical figures, and -- of course -- chimpanzees.

This production marks the first of Theatre & Dance's Studio Series for the season. Studio Series productions incorporate inventive staging and minimal design/technology so the focus will be placed on the performers and the text. Ives's masterful use of language in telling ALL IN THE TIMING's simultaneously thoughtful and silly stories provides the perfect playground for the actors, director, and stage manager/technician. New MFA directing candidate Joel Shura leads his cast and stage manager for the first time on a UM stage.

For tickets ($9 General; $6 Required Students) to ALL IN THE TIMING, call the UMArts Box Office at 406-243-4581, Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, or order tickets online at www.umt.edu/theatredance.
