The Billings Studio Theatre will present The Drowsy Chaperone with music and lyrics by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison and book by Bob Martin and Don McKeller, on September 2 - 24, 2011. The production will be directed by Sondra Baker, choreographed by Michelle Guelff with band direction by Kathy McLain.

The cast includes: Man In Chair Vint Lavinder, Mrs. Tottendale Wendy Carlin, Underling Shawn Bettise, Robert Martin Steven Hrubes, George CJ Jennings and Feldzieg Adam Jacques.

Winning more Tony awards than any other musical in 2006, The Drowsy Chaperone boldly addresses a great unspoken desire in all of your hearts: to be entertained. If you ever sat in a dark theatre and thought, "Dear Lord in heaven, please let it be good." this is the show for you! It all begins when a die-hard musical theatre fan plays his favorite album, The Drowsy Chaperone, and the show magically burst to life. We are instantly immersed in the glamorous, hilarious tale of a celebrity starlet trying to find and keep her true love.
