The opera premiered in 1954 in Aix-en-Provence has since unjustly forgotten. With a bright and colorful orchestration, the French, which varies very abruptly atmospheres, Sauguet succeeded in imposing a dramatic pace. Combining 16 opera houses - including Marseille, Avignon and Toulouse -
bringing together talented young singers, this new co-production will the opportunity to discover the staging of young Quebec Oriol Tomas.
