The super-hero squirrel, Ulysses and the self-proclaimed cynic Flora Belle Buckman land in our Hopkins Jaycees Studio this spring in an inspiring story of being born anew. When Flora saves Ulysses after he is sucked up through a vacuum cleaner, neither could predict the changes that will ensue. This eccentric, endearing saga about the possibilities of hope and the promises of a capacious heart is a world premiere adaptation based on the #1 New York Times best-selling author, Kate DiCamillo’s 2014 Newbery Medal winner.
