Drive-In Forward at Ballet Co.Laboratory

ST. PAUL, MINN. (OCT 24, 2020) - Ballet Co.Laboratorys third annual fundraising performance, Drive-In Forward, will celebrate the companys return to the stage after an unplanned seven- month hiatus due to COVID-19. This year the event will take place outside at the Ballet Co.Laboratory parking lot for a 1950s drive-in style event. An afternoon of live dance performance and other amusements will showcase Ballet Co.Laboratorys Company and Apprentice dancers, including six new dancers joining for the 2020/21 season from around the country. Music, which will be streamed to guests car radios, will honor 50s music legends such as Nina Simone, The Platters, and Billie Holiday. Audience members will cruise over to the BCL parking lot (276 E Lafayette Frontage Road, Saint Paul, MN 55107)for their choice of an afternoon (1:30pm) or dusk (4:30pm) performance. In addition, attendees will enjoy complimentary boxed bites and bottled sips delivered to the comfort (and safety) of their vehicles. A virtual silent auction, socially distanced games, raffles, and other surprises make Drive-In Forward a must- add to your fall arts calendar. General admission tickets are $55 per person ($20 tax-deductible) / VIP tickets are $150 per person ($115 tax-deductible) and include a premiere reserved parking spot.
