The Lex-Ham Community Theater will present Hugh Leonard's one-act comic gem, Pizzazz, August 6-9, 2009. The play is directed by Mishia Burns Edwards.
In Pizzazz, while waiting to rent a cabin cruiser on the River Shannon, two apparent strangers, Marion and Conroy, find themselves seemingly brought together by fate. Marion, an outgoing American, persists in trying to engage Conroy in conversation much to his dismay. But all is not as it seems. Or is it?
Hugh Leonard, one of Ireland's leading playwrights for the past 50 years, died last February.
