Center for Spirituality and Healing continues its Wellbeing Lecture Series with Dr. Dan Siegel speaking on "The Art and Science of Relationships: Changing the Cultural Conversation on Relatedness and Wellbeing". The talk is set for Thursday, April 24, 7:00 pm on the Carlson Family Stage at Northrop.

Join the Center for Spirituality and Healing for this Wellbeing Lecture led by mindfulness and relationships expert Daniel Siegel, M.D. During this lecture and Q&A, you will explore how you can cultivate wellbeing through your interpersonal relationships, engage in conceptual discussions, and discover everyday examples. Learn why your relationships with self and others are deeply connected to resilience, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
