First Stage opens its 2024-2025 season with a vibrant musical adaptation, featuring the jazzy antics of Pete the Cat. As Pete moves in with the structured young artist Jimmy Biddle, he helps inspire Jimmy to discover his creativity through an exciting global adventure. The production stars Ethan Smith as Pete and Juan Ramon Andrade Escobedo as Jimmy, accompanied by a talented cast that brings to life a colorful array of characters. Director Bree Beelow leads this toe-tapping journey designed for the whole family, running from October 4 to November 3, 2024.
