Molière's second full-length play in verse, "Lovers' Quarrels" is a complex comedy animated by deception and misunderstanding. In a new translation by Richard Wilbur misinformation, mistaken identities, and manipulation abound in 17th Century Parisian society. Don't miss the reconciliation experienced by all at the end of this tour de force. Director: Bill Watson.

A festival atmosphere surrounds the 26 undergraduate choreographers working on the themes of gender and identity. Choreographers explore these themes through their refined understanding of their bodies and are prepared to wear their emotions sleeveless. The Department of Dance's biggest blowout round of one-hour performances ever, New Dancemakers: In the Flesh points to introspection and invention.

Chicago musician and filmmaker Thomas Comerford has been at work on a series of quietly-observed films that contemplate the entwined social, political, and environmental histories of Chicago. Comerford will be presenting two of those works; these well-crafted visual and audio juxtapositions carefully probe the past and the present, conjuring a sincere "document of documents."
