The Marcus Center for the Performing Arts announces its 2012/2013 Off-Broadway at the Marcus Center series with performances in Todd Wehr Theater and Vogel Hall.

Laugh out loud with the comedians of The Upright Citizens Brigade. From their theatres in NYC and LA, The UCB Touring Company brings their show to Todd Wehr Theater on September 21 and 22. The UCB has alumni the likes of Horatio Sanz, Amy Poehler, Rob Corddry, Ed Helms, MTV's Human Giant, the Daily Show's Rob Riggle and many more. The Upright Citizens Brigade is the greatest producer of comedic talent in America today. Single tickets are currently available for purchase. Performances will take place in the Marcus Center's Todd Wehr Theater.

Join the nationally known Broadway host on SiriusXM radio, Seth Rudetsky, as he presents his new touring one-man show SETH'S BIG FAT BROADWAY. Spend some time with Seth and his private video/audio collection and you won't believe your eyes/ears. Seth will teach the audience how to "deconstruct" what and why something is vocally amazing and what and why something is a vocal travesty. Seth's enthusiasm for superior vocal talent and his love of theater is infectious and his on-stage delivery never fails to have audiences across the country laughing up a storm. As the Boston Globe wrote, "it's a hell of a lot of fun!" Performances are October 4 and 5 in Vogel Hall and single tickets are on sale now.

Writer/performer Charles Ross spent too much of his childhood in a galaxy far, far away and his adulthood has been no different. One Man Star Wars Trilogy is Ross's high-energy solo performance of the Star Wars Trilogy, and he will be landing his space ship in Vogel Hall on November 16 and 17. In One Man Star Wars Trilogy, Ross plays all characters, recreates the effects, sings the music, flies the ships and fights both sides of the battles from the original Star Wars Trilogy. Single tickets go on sale on Monday, October 15.

Still reeling from her divorce, Linda is rescued by her three friends who have come to turn her despair into a weekend of hilarity in Divorce Party The Musical. Using popular songs with clever new lyrics, the ladies sing and dance their way through the wildest divorce party ever at Vogel Hall on January 3-27. From the Producer who brought you the off-Broadway hit Menopause the Musical, it's the ultimate Girl's Night Out, coupled with a heavy dose of comic mayhem and a touch of "naughty". Single tickets go on sale on Friday, November 9.

Get ready to cook up some music at The Cooke Book- The Music of Sam Cooke. The Music of Sam Cooke is a celebration of Cooke's greatest hits and some lesser known gems. Cooke, the Chicago-raised, singing son of a Baptist minister had 29 Top 40 hits, and is considered by many the definitive singer of soul. Sam Cooke blended sensuality and spirituality, sophistication and soul, movie idol looks and Gospel singer poise. Recapture the music and relive the magic in this dynamite tribute to The Man Who Invented Soul. Come listen to his great music on March 22-24 in Vogel Hall. Single tickets go on sale on Sunday, February 24.

Dixie Longate, the fast-talking Tupperware lady, packed up her catalogues, left her children in an Alabama trailer park and is taking America by storm with Dixie's Tupperware Party. Join Dixie as she makes a stop in Milwaukee at the Marcus Center's Vogel Hall, throwing a good ol'fashioned Tupperware Party filled with outrageously funny tales, heartfelt accounts, FREE giveaways, audience participation, and the most fabulous assortment of Tupperware ever sold on a theater stage. Shows run May 14-25. Single tickets go on sale on Sunday, March 24.
