The Waukesha Civic Theatre presents The Underpants, running February 8th-24th, 2019.

Adapted by Steve Martin, this comedy is set in Germany, 1910. It explores scandal, fame, and gender roles through intricate wordplay.

The cast includes Maureen Chobanoff, Michael Chobanoff, Noah Maguire, Brenda Poppy, Landon Quinney, and Doug Smedbron.

Phil Stepanski is directing. The production staff and crew includes: Stage Manager Kavyn Mueller, Set Designer/Master Carpenter Evan Crain, Properties Designer Erica Ziino, Costume Designer Gwen Ter Haar, Lighting Designer Keith Handy, and Sound Designer David A. Robins.

  • Friday, February 8th at 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, February 9th at 7:30 pm (PWYC)
  • Sunday, February 10th at 2 pm
  • Friday, February 15th at 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, February 16th at 3:30 pm
  • Saturday, February 16th at 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, February 17th at 2 pm
  • Friday, February 22nd at 7:30 pm
  • Saturday, February 23rd at 2 pm (PWYC)
  • Saturday, February 23rd at 7:30 pm
  • Sunday, February 24th at 2 pm

Tickets for The Underpants are $27.00 for Adults; $24.00 for Seniors (60+) and Military; $21.00 for Subscribers and Groups (10+); $18 for Teen (13-19); $15 for Children (12-); or $10.00 for Educational Groups, Boy Scout groups, and Girl Scout groups of ten or more.

All tickets may be purchased by mail, phone, e-mail, fax, online, or in person using cash, check, or credit card (credit card only for phone, fax, e-mail, and online sales). We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

WCT offers a "Pay What You Can" promotion for the first Saturday evening performance (7:30 pm) and the last Saturday matinee performance (2:00 pm) of a Mainstage series production. Patrons can buy tickets at the box office, on the day of that performance, at whatever price their budget will allow. $5 minimum on credit cards.
