Con man Harold Hill fast-talks the people of River City, Iowa into buying musical instruments and uniforms for a non-existent boys’ band. Harold plans to skip town with the cash, but his scheme is foiled when he falls for Marian, the prim librarian. Chaos ensues as the townspeople get wind of his little game. A classic all American musical for the entire family.
