From the composers of Les Miserables, the Vietnam War's devastating impact forms the backdrop for the heartbreaking musical, Miss Saigon. Kim, a young Vietnamese woman, finds a whirlwind romance with Chris, an American GI stationed in Saigon. Their passionate connection blossoms in a wartime bar, offering a fleeting escape from the harsh realities around them.

However, as the war nears its end and American troops withdraw, Chris is forced to leave Vietnam, shattering their dreams of a future together. Kim, left alone with their child, faces unimaginable struggles. The musical portrays her desperate fight for survival in a war-torn city, haunted by the loss of Chris and pursued by a vengeful former lover.
