Planet Ant Theatre is excited to bring the original scientific comedy show "Dark Matter" to Hamtramck for a one-night-only performance at the Ant Hall on Thursday, September 13th at 8pm.
Part sciene, part stand-up, "Dark Matter" is for anyone who has ever looked at the universe and wondered, "How can I make this about me?" The science is real. The story is true. Matthew Starr brings the audience along with him as he tries to understand his past relationships and also, the universe. Whether you have a Ph.D. in Astrophysics or you have never looked in a telescope, Dark Matter is for everyone in the universe who has ever been in a relationship.
Matthew Starr is a comedian based out of New York City. His work has been featured on Comedy Central, MTV, MTV-2, TruTV, Above Average, CollegeHumor, and the 2018 Film Independent Spirit Awards. Matthew is an alumni of the Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company and has been a house performer/writer at UCBT-NY for the past 8 years.
