Tickets on Sale Sunday for IF/THEN at Detroit's Fisher Theatre This Spring

The National Tour of IF/THEN, which was named the "Best Musical of the Year" by New York Magazine, will perform a limited engagement at Detroit's Fisher Theatre, March 29 - April 10, 2016. Tickets will go on sale Sunday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets will be available for purchase at all Ticketmaster locations, by phone at 1-800-982-2787, online at www.broadwayindetroit.com or www.ticketmaster.com, and at The Fisher Theatre box office starting at 10:00 a.m. on February 8.

IF/THEN is an original Broadway musical written by Tom Kitt (music) and Brian Yorkey (book and lyrics), and directed by Michael Greif, the creative team behind the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical, Next to Normal.

IF/THEN is a contemporary new musical that follows two distinct storylines in the life of Elizabeth, a city planner who moves back to New York to restart her life in that city of infinite possibilities. When her carefully designed plans collide with the whims of fate, Elizabeth's life splits into two parallel paths. IF/THEN follows both stories simultaneously as this modern woman faces the intersection of choice and chance.

Also featured are Janine DiVita, who plays Anne, Daren A. Herbert, who plays Stephen, and Marc de la Cruz, who plays David. The ensemble includes English Bernhardt, Charissa Bertels, Xavier Cano, Trey Ellett, Kyra Faith, Corey Greenan, Cliffton Hall, Deedee Magno Hall, Tyler McGee, Joseph Morales, Emily Rogers, and Alicia Taylor Tomasko.

IF/THEN features choreography by Larry Keigwin, set design by Tony Award-Nominee Mark Wendland, costume design by Emily Rebholz, lighting design by Tony Award-Winner Kenneth Posner and sound design by Tony Award-Winner Brian Ronan. Casting is by Telsey + Company/Craig Burns, CSA. Mark Myars is the Associate Choreographer.

The original Broadway Cast Recording of IF/THEN was released by Sony Masterworks and is available on iTunes.

Performance times for IF/THEN appearing March 29 - April 10, 2016 at The Fisher Theatre House, located at 3011 West Grand Boulevard, in Detroit, are: Tuesday through Saturday evening performances at 8:00 p.m.; Sunday evening performances at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday & Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m.; and Sunday April 3 at 7:30 p.m. is a special open captioned performance.

Tickets for IF/THEN range from $35 - $90 (includes parking and facility fees) and will go on sale on Sunday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m. Tickets will be available for purchase at all Ticketmaster locations, by phone at 1-800-982-2787, online at www.broadwayindetroit.com or www.ticketmaster.com, and at The Fisher Theatre box office starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 8.
