Stewart Rose - Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Rose began singing on street corners and subway trains. His career took a significant turn after winning the
Arthur Godfrey Talent Show which eventually led to not only a hit RCA recording of I Complained, but headlining the famous Mocambo Nightclub in Hollywood. Mr. Rose has since starred in numerous musicals such as Oklahoma, Pajama Game, Damn Yankees, Carousel, and Oliver. He has also co-starred in Brigadoon with

Geoffrey then begins a featured run September 26 – October 5 in the Los Angeles revue American Reflections/Broadway In Concert, followed by the show's tour of China October 10 - October 19. Musical Theatre credits include the roles Jekyll and Hyde in Broadway's smash hit Jekyll and Hyde presented in Los Angeles earlier this summer. He portrayed the lead in the West Coast Premiere of the musical CAMILA, which was a participant in

Adam Simmons recently completed starring as "Pip" in the five month, sold-out, critically acclaimed, world premiere of Great Expectations in Los Angeles at both the distinguished Hudson and Odyssey Theatres. Based on the
Charles Dickens novel of the same name, the Los Angeles Times said "This inspired new musical may need a tweak or two, but Dickens' beloved tale about "Pip," the working-class orphan whose life is transformed by a mysterious benefactor, is a vibrant and important work that could well live beyond its run here." Mr. Simmons not only wowed west coast audiences with his remarkable voice, striking good looks and boyish charm, but has thrilled audiences on Broadway in Jesus Christ Superstar. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15: BLAIR LATE hails from Texas where he grew up performing in theatre and music. Shortly after his arrival in Los Angeles to begin studies at U.C.L.A., Blair became a member of the BMG Records boy band, B3 which subsequently went on to score four top ten hits and two gold records. After the boy band craze, Blair was signed by
Columbia Records in New York where he made his solo album debut. The blonde teen heart throb soon thereafter became known for his keen sense of style and fashion. So much so that after a remarkable sequence of events, Blair was summoned by television as a sought after fashion correspondent who now has his has own talk show Live on Sunset with Blair. As an on camera "Fashion Expert" and host,
Blair has also been seen on segments of CW Now, TV Guide Channel, and Extra. This summer he became host of Style Dome on the CW. His looks and stylistic ideas have been featured on such television shows as Las Vegas, The Hills, and Oprah; in photographs for People and US Weekly magazines, and on PerezHilton.com, Blair has worked with such beauties as

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16 – PETER WELKIN was born and raised in Wisconsin, trained in New York, and now makes his home in Los Angeles. His diversified background includes numerous stage productions as an actor, singer, director and choreographer. He is a graduate of American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York and currently serves as a producer, director and actor with the Academy for New Musical Theater (ANMT) in Los Angeles. He is a founding member of Academy Repertory Company, the performer's wing of ANMT. A first call leading man in Los Angeles, Peter's most favorite roles have included George in Sunday In The Park With George and Roger in A New Brain at West Coast Ensemble; and Keith in Elegies. Favorite non-musical roles include Stephen in Eastern Standard and Benedict in Much Ado About Nothing. He was also a founder of the Central Coast Shakespeare Festival, chewed the scenery for several years at the Great American Melodrama and Vaudeville in Oceano, crooned at the Oregon Cabaret Theater in Ashland, hoofed it at Harvey's Hotel and Casino in Tahoe, and toured at least half the country with Pirates of Penzance. Television credits include Crusade, a spin-off of Babylon 5, 7th Heaven, and the pilot of Boystown. Film projects include the short, Singles Night, as well as a supernatural thriller feature, The Follower. SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22 – ALLEN EVERMAN is one of Southern California's most sought after musical directors and pianists and has had the great fortune to work along side such greats as
Eden Espinoza,
Carol Burnett,
Bobby Rydell,
Melissa Manchester, and
Tony Shalhoub. A graduate of both the instrumental and vocal programs at Citrus College, Allen received intense training in jazz piano, voice, and musical theatre. He studied acting at the Mesiner/Carville School in North Hollywood and, to date, has appeared on primetime television and starred in 11 independent film projects. Allen currently teaches at Citrus College. Musical directing credits include The Full Monty (Musical
Theatre West), Sunday in the Park with George (West Coast Ensemble), Sweeney Todd (Performance Riverside) and most recently, the current off-Broadway hit, The Marvelous Wonderettes (El Portal Theatre). Allen's true passion is being on stage. He has numerous regional theatre credits including this summer's Brigadoon as "Charlie Dalrymple;" "Bill Sykes" in Oliver, "Coach Bolton" in High School Musical, "Cinderella's Prince/Wolf" in Into the Woods, and "Nathan Detroit" in Guys and Dolls.
The value package price for each of the above headliners is $50 per person and includes a four-course, prix-fixe dinner with a choice from three different entrees, plus a one hour performance.
Dinner seating on Saturdays is between 6:30 and 7:00 pm, followed by an 8:00 pm performance.
Sunday seatings are between 5:30 and 6:00 pm, followed by a 7:00 pm performance.
