Soulja Boy with special guests Pleasure P, Dorrough, GS Boyz and Audio Push will ‘crank that' at Fox Theatre on Tuesday, December 29 at 7:30 p.m.
Soulja Boy came to fame with is his self-published internet single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" which reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100, followed by a music video demonstrating the "Crank That dance". Other notable singles include "Kiss Me Thru the Phone" and "Bird Walk".
Pleasure P, former member of Pretty Ricky, released his debut album, The Introduction of Marcus Cooper, in June featuring his hit single "Did You Wrong".
Dorrough's is recognized for his singles including "Ice Cream Pain Job" and "Walk That Walk" from his latest album Dorrough Music.
GS Boyz (explicitly Them G-Spot Boyz) is an American pop-rap group from Arlington, Texas. The group gained national popularity with their major label debut single "Stanky Legg".
Audio Push emcees Oktane and PrIce Tag are experiencing success with their introductory single "Teach Me How To Jerk," which is part of the growing jerk music movement. Their skilled energetic jerk style bares similarities to '80s Ska mixed with rapid skipping, squatting and popping movements. Currently, the two are finishing up their debut album B.O.A. (Birth of Audio).
