The historic Gem Theatre presents the regional premiere of Sister's Easter Catechism: Will My Bunny Go To Heaven? March 9 through April 17, 2011.

Celebrate spring with Sister as she answers timeworn questions of the season like, "Who was Mary Magdalene?" "Why isn't Easter on the same day every year like Christmas?" "Will My Bunny Go To Heaven?" and more.

Part pageant and wholly hysterical, this latest addition to the sinfully funny Late Nite Catechism series unearths the origins of Easter bunnies, Easter eggs, Easter baskets, Easter bonnets, and, of course, those yummy Easter Peeps. Sister answers questions about Saint Francis, patron saint of animals, pet heaven, and the significance of those adorable baby chicks.

Get ready to participate! Sister's Easter Catechism: Will My Bunny Go to Heaven? is no ordinary stage show - it's highly interactive. Sister runs her own version of the Easter egg hunt, with special rewards and candy and any audience member may be called upon to assist her. Bring the whole family and join Sister for this sensational new seasonal treat.

Tickets ($19.50 - $34.50) to Sister's Easter Catechism: Will My Bunny Go to Heaven? are on sale now at the Gem Theatre box office (313-963-9800), Ticketmaster charge by phone (800-982-2787), at all Ticketmaster outlets, and online at Ticketmaster.com.
