Pontiac Theatre IV is proud to present its first show of the 2015-2016 season, "A...My Name Is Alice." This bright and lively musical revue will run from tonight, November 13th, through November 21st at the Michigan School for the Performing Arts in Pontiac.

Conceived by Joan Micklin Silver and Julianne Boyd and directed by AmandaJane Schade Rhodes of Waterford, "A...My Name Is Alice" is an outstanding musical revue that will show what the life of a woman is really like. Noted by New York Times critic Frank Rich as "delightful, sophisticated and flat-out comic," the show is filled with music that is both charming and witty, and will be certain to leave the audience nodding along as they recognize each and every predicament. Featuring a wide variety of relationships between the main characters, each vignette explores what it means to be a woman.

The talented cast includes Maria Bermudez (Waterford), Karen Brody (Waterford), Sharon Heltsley (Waterford), Jenna Hoyer (Brighton), Janet Jimenez (Pontiac), Laura Johns (Waterford), Tiffany Lamb (Pontiac), Carol Russell (Waterford), and Amanda Stephenson (Clarkston). The show is assistant directed by Dwaine Estes (Waterford), produced by Laura Johns, music directed by Shari Fiore, and choreographed by Sharon Heltsley.

"A...My Name Is Alice," runs nightly at 8pm on November 13th, 14th, 20th, and 21st. Tickets are $10 for general admission, $8 for students and seniors and available at the door. Attendees named Alice will receive free admission (ID required), and Pontiac Theatre IV will accept donations at the door for the Oakland County HAVEN domestic violence shelter (suggested items include new full-sized toiletries, baby items, cleaning supplies, non-perishable foods, and store gift cards).
