The holidays are rapidly approaching and Planet Ant will make sure they are fast and hilarious in their latest original comedy, Fast Times at Nazareth High opening November 22 and playing through December 14. A complete schedule follows this release.

Before He was the foundation for Christianity, He was a teenager. Like all teenagers, Jesus is just trying to figure out who He is and how He fits into the world. Fast Times at Nazareth High explores Jesus' life after moving with his family back to Nazareth from Egypt and finding himself in the socially awkward position of being the new Kid in school. He learns that the man who has been raising Him is not His real father, and the girl of His fancy is dating the captain of the chariot racing team. Teenage years are ripe with angst. What would Jesus do? With a story by Lauren Bickers (Hamtramck), Mikey Brown (Ferndale), Shawn Handlon (Harper Woods) and Mike McGettigan (Dearborn), Fast Times at Nazareth High features written and improvised material directed by McGettigan and performed by Bickers, Brown and Handlon with Michael Hovitch (Ferndale) and Sean McGettigan (Dearborn). Performances are Friday & Saturday nights at 8pm November 22 - December 14 with 2pm Sunday matinees December 1 and 8. Tickets ($20) are on sale now atwww.planetant.com.
