Performance Network Theatre presents the DREAMCAST Fundraiser - a refreshing evening of entertainment and bidding to support Ann Arbor's professional theatre on April 5, 2013 at 7pm. Tickets are $75 for premium seats and $50 for regular seats and can be purchased online at performancenetwork.org or by calling the theatre at 734-663-0681.
"Performance Network relies on the generosity of our community to support not only our mainstage season but also all of the other amazing programs we offer like Children's Theatre Network. Events like DREAMCAST are really fun but also vital to keeping the theatre alive," said Performance Network's Managing Director, Erin Sabo.
DREAMCAST is a unique fundraiser in which your favorite Performance Network artists perform just HALF of their dream monologue or song. It is up to the audience to complete the picture by raising their paddle to make a donation and keep the performance alive! Each donation enters the bidders into a raffle for a prize at the end of the show.
Only half of Performance Network's production costs are covered by ticket sales. The other 50% is provided by generous donations. Join us for delightful entertainment to see the impact of your contributions. Starring Linda Rabin Hammell, Terry Heck, R. MacKenzie Lewis, Carla Milarch, Adrienne Pisoni, John Siebert, Phil Simmons, and many more!
All of the proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to the operating costs of Michigan's most award-winning theatre. Performance Network Theatre is one of the Arts and Culture Organizations that contributes to the $344,665,264 economic impact on Southeastern Michigan. Donations support the Michigan and the creative economy, providing jobs and artistic integrity to the area.
DREAMCAST reservations can be made at the Performance Network Box Office at 734-663-0681, online at www.performancenetwork.org or at Performance Network Theatre (120 East Huron St., Ann Arbor, 48104) Monday - Friday 10am-6pm, and Saturday 11am-6pm.
