Performance Network Theatre is currently accepting submissions for the Fireside Festival of New Works, which will be held May 2nd through 5th, 2010. All submissions should be unproduced, full-length scripts by playwrights currently living in, or with close ties to Michigan.

The Fireside Festival of New Works is a twice yearly festival of staged readings, the purpose of which is to give emerging and established playwrights the opportunity to work closely with professional actors and directors through a short rehearsal process as well as experience the effect of their play on an audience.

For those interested in submitting, please send a 10 page script sample to David Wolber, Artistic Director of Performance Network Theatre. David can be reached at david@performancenetwork.org or 120 E. Huron St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Email is preferred. The deadline for submissions is March 17, 2010.

Please visit www.performancenetwork.org for tips on submitting a script.
