Performance Network Theatre is proud to announce it's "Saturday Series for Young Audiences." Presented by The Children's Theatre Network, the educational arm of PNT, eight touring productions will be performed on PNT's mainstage, each month, throughout the 2010-2011 season. As part of the theatre's "2,010 in 2010 Campaign" to increase the subsciber base, Performance Network is introducing new Saturday Series subscription packages for both adults and children, at 20% off regular ticket prices.
Eight-show subscriptions are available at $44 for children and $64 for adults. Subscriptions can be ordered at the Performance Network Box Office at 734-663-0681, or by coming to the Performance Network Theatre (120 East Huron St., Ann Arbor, 48104) Monday-Saturday 11-6 or one hour before a performance.
Single (non-subscription) tickets for the "Saturday Series for Young Audiences" are priced at $10 for adults and $7 for those under the age of 16. Single tickets are available by phone, in person and online at www.performancenetwork.org.

"World Music Tour"
Presented by Guy Louis and his Chautauqua Express
A multicultural musical adventure! You will see an impressive collection of instruments on display: a European Renaissance Lute, a Sitar, Tamboura, Tabla Drums from India, a Native American Drum, a wide variety of African Drums and percussion instruments, and an electric guitar. Each will be demonstrated throughout the program as Guy moves through the World Music Tour. The program will begin in Native America, travel to Renaissance Europe, Africa, India, and finally back to modern America. Audience participation is a large element. The interaction and rapport that Guy creates with the audience is one of the highlights of the performance. As questions and group dynamics are encouraged we will explore ideas of world interaction and cooperation in a positive and exciting future. Appropriate for all ages!

"Coco Celebrates Spring"

Children's Theatre Network is a touring program dedicated to awakening the creativity, intellect and compassion of our youth through the power and fun of live performance. Performance Network presents each of the productions one Saturday a month on its Main Stage. These shows are great entertainment for all ages and include a milk and cookie reception following each performance.
Founded in 1981, Performance Network Theatre has grown from a fledgling company to Ann Arbor's only resident, professional theatre. The Network reaches 40,000 theatre patrons and children each year through the year-round Professional Series and The Children's Theatre Network. Performance Network also presents the Fireside Festival of New Works and a series of classes on theatre-related topics.
