MotorCity Casino Hotel to Host 2011 Motor City Battle of the Bands, 2/10

MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to host the "2011 Motor City Battle of the Bands," sponsored by Metro Times at Sound Board on Thursday, February 10 at 7:00pm.

This event was created to support local music and to provide unsigned bands exposure to new audiences. There are over $6,500 in cash prizes, with the winning band receiving an opportunity to open for a national act on the Sound Board stage. The top seven bands, selected by voting at http://metrotimes.com, will perform live at Sound Board to determine a winner.
