MotorCity Casino Hotel Welcomes The Four Tops, 12/13

MotorCity Casino Hotel will welcome The Four Tops "Hits and the Holidays" to Sound Board on Thursday, December 13 at 8:00 p.m.

The extensive repertoire of The Four Tops includes doo-wop, jazz, R&B, disco, and show tunes. The group, formed in Detroit, was one of a number of groups that helped define the Motown Sound of the 1960's. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990, the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 1999, and received The Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the 51st Annual Grammy Awards. In 2004 Rolling Stone Magazine ranked them #79 on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists of all Time.
