The Michael A. Guido Theater will begin the new year by welcoming the Moscow Festival Ballet, which will perform "Cinderella" Saturday, January 6, at 8 p.m. A delightful treat for audience members of all ages, "Cinderella" is a timeless tale of a poor, wishful girl who goes to the ball and meets her Prince Charming.
Artistic Director Sergei Radchenko, who founded the Moscow Ballet in 1989, is a former principal dancer of the Bolshoi Ballet. Under Radchenko's direction, the Moscow Festival Ballet's performances have included "Giselle," "Don Quixote," "Paquita" and "Carmen."
