West, MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD explores the personal truths of what it means to be a mother. Directed by highly acclaimed local theatre professional Molly McMahon, this special Mother's Day production celebrates everything about being a parent and being parented! Moving and hilarious, this monologue play touches on the critical milestones of life - including birth, the first day of school, "the talk," the first date, the big day, and beyond. Described as joyously unpredictable and inherently honest, this show is the perfect way to indulge your mother, daughter, or closest friend. It's the perfect Mother's Day gift.
"The experience of being a parent is a unique one and no two experiences are quite alike. This play humorously and honestly captures the diverse lives and times of mothers and other parental figures as they navigate the singular and the universal of all that parenting has to offer," said McMahon. The play features Dani Cochrane, Tricia Turek, Sarah Hawkins Moan, and Andrew Papa.
