Grand Ledge, MI - The 11th Annual ART AID Fundraiser, hosted by Ledge Craft Lane, will be held on Friday, April 1st from 6:00-8:00 pm.
This free event helps promote the works of local artists and artisans. It also allows Ledge Craft Lane to maintain the historic building (1885) in which it's housed.
Come join us for this entertaining evening. You'll have the opportunity, while wandering through the two floors of arts and crafts, to bid in the Silent Auction on numerous packages full of goodies and/or services provided by local area businesses as well as the artwork of local artists and artisans.
While bidding or simply looking around, enjoy refreshments and live entertainment. You can also buy Raffle tickets for the big drawing at 8:00 pm. Prizes include a Mad Art Painting Party for Six, a Hand-Knitted Tablecloth and a night at The English Inn!
You'll want to check out our new Stair Art, the recent renovations we've made and the Grand Rapids ArtPrize entry of Maureen Ryan, on display at Ledge Craft Lane. And, Grand Ledge's very own Officer Mark Sleep will be on hand at the Olde Jail Cell. You can get your free picture taken with him as long as you're willing to be "locked up!"
Raffle tickets are $5 or 3 for $10. Order raffle tickets in advance at www.ledgecraftlane.com/art-aid.html or call us at (517) 627-9843. Silent Auction bid tickets (free) are available at the door or can be obtained earlier by stopping in at Ledge Craft Lane or giving us a call at (517) 627-9843.
Remember, this is a free event. Any donations you can give to help support the local art community will be greatly appreciated.
