Center Stage Jackson to Host 8th Annual Youth Singing Competition

Center Stage Jackson is seeking youth singers to compete in its 8th Annual Youth Singing Competition! The competition will be held at 7:00pm, March 12, 2016 at the Michigan Theatre of Jackson, 124 N. Mechanic Street, Jackson, MI 49201.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top two places in each category!Categories are: under twelve years old, thirteen years old through twelfth grade, and group acts.This event is open to all young people through the 12th grade. Performers must live in Jackson County or attend a Jackson County School.

Competitors must register with director Lisa Cryderman by March 7, 2016.

Admission for competitors is $25 per act (individual or group). Admission for spectators will be $5.

Registration forms must be completed and accompaniment (unless using personal pianist) must be submitted by March 7, 2016 to Lisa Cryderman. Form, accompaniment, and payment can be received two ways:

Mail to Lisa Cryderman, 3405 Elkton Dr. Jackson, MI 49202 -OR- dropped off in an envelope to Hunt Elementary School, 1143 N. Brown St. Jackson, MI 49202 before 2:00pm Monday through Friday.
