Bay City Players announces the cast for The Jungle Book by Joseph Robinette, based on the book by Rudyard Kipling.

The wolves and monkeys will be played by Alexa Snawder, Claudia Rue Sharp, Kaylee Comtois, and Madison Snawder of Bay City; Emily Lavasco of Kawkawlin, Katelyn Trepkowski of Saginaw.
Birds will be flown by Kailey Christensen and Lillian Chambers of Bay City.
Bees will be buzzed by Katrina White of Essexville, and Gabrielle Gaffney, Leah Rubis, and Lillian Sovereign of Bay City.
The Jungle Book is directed by Lee Austin. Jolie VanWert from Expressions in Motion is the movement coach. Set decoration is being done in collaboration with Studio 23 and the after-school art program for children ages 7 - 12 who will be helping paint the set and creating art works for the lobby display under the direction of Autumn Reyes. The production is partially funded by a grant from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs.
Bay City Players will present The Jungle Book, December 2 -4 & 9 - 11, 2016 at the Bay City Players, 1214 Columbus Avenue, in Bay City. Performance times are 8:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
