Broadway In Detroit To Host Tony Awards Viewing Party

Broadway In Detroit will join with The Maple Theater & Kitchen in Bloomfield Township to present a Tony Awards® viewing party on Sunday, June 10 starting at 6:30pm.

"We are very excited to partner with our friends at The Maple Theater and Kitchen to host this exciting event for the third time," states Scott Myers, Director of Corporate Sales & Marketing for Broadway In Detroit. "It's a great event for theatre fans in Detroit - we look forward to celebrating this special event together with them."

To roll out the red carpet, the Maple Kitchen is offering pre-show dinner packages for $40 with a 6:30pm seating. Dinner includes a fabulous three-course dinner, unlimited popcorn, fountain soft-drinks, coffee & tea, as well as a Fisher Theatre gift bag.

A viewing party pass is available for $10 and includes unlimited popcorn and soda.

At 8:00pm, dining guests will move to the theater to watch the awards live on one of the Maple screens.

As they have done for the past six years, Broadway In Detroit will also host an interactive event on the company's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms. The social media event will occur simultaneously with the live viewing party with commentary, contests, and ticket and gift certificate giveaways.
