Bela Fleck & The Flecktones Brings The Holiday Tour To MotorCity Casino 12/10

MotorCity Casino Hotel is proud to announce Bela Fleck & the Flecktones "The Holiday Tour", featuring Victor Lemonte Wooten, Future Man and Jeff Coffin at Sound Board on Thursday, December 10th at 8:00pm.

Bela Fleck and the Flecktones formed in 1989, made their self-titled debut recording in 1990 by playing a "blu-bop" mix of jazz and bluegrass. They soon became a commercially successful, critically-acclaimed and award-winning band. (Fleck-was the only musician to be nominated for Grammys in jazz, bluegrass, pop, country, spoken word, Christian, composition and world music categories). The Flecktones have toured extensively, often playing over 200 concerts per year. Each of the current members of the quartet has released at least one solo album.

SOUND BOARD, an intimate live performance venue is located at MotorCity Casino Hotel. The venue features four bars and several private suites that are available to create an unforgettable live entertainment event. Complimentary valet and convenient self parking is also available.
