Ann Arbor, MI -- On Saturday, August 15, Performance Network will host 12 in 12, an all day music festival featuring 12 acts in 12 hours from noon to midnight. Featuring the talents of BJ Love, Emily Rooker, Dave Boutette, Jefferson Court Trio, Barton Bund, Kaitlyn Barbee, and Logan White among others, 12 in 12 attendees will also get a chance to hear the musical stylings of Rod Stewart's Faces Tribute featuring Daba, as well as partake in a special ending to the night when the Rocky Horror Alumni Concert featuring a Fishnets reunion takes place at midnight.
12 in 12 is part of Network Palooza Weekend, a threeday extravaganza to raise operational funds for Performance Network Theatre. Tickets for 12 in 12 are $10 for the entire day and may be purchased by calling the box office at 734-663-0681 or online at www.pntheatre.org. Throughout the weekend there will be a silent auction, 50/50 raffle and garage sale in the Network's rehearsal room.

Network Palooza Weekend begins Friday, August 14 with a gala performance by the Michael King Group, and ends on Sunday, August 16 with Pancakes with Huck Finn.
Friday, August 14: Gala with the Michael King Group
$50 per person or $75 per couple 7pm
Kicking off the fundraising weekend, Michael King and friends will perform a mix of jazz, pop and folk music on the Network stage. Wine and cheese begin at 7pm, with the performance at 8pm and a dessert reception and mingling following at 9pm. The silent auction begins Friday and will run all weekend. Michael King began his musical career as a guitarist touring with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra performing the music of John Lennon at Carnegie Hall and Kennedy Center. Soon after, Michael ventured out on his own as a Singer/Songwriter performing as both a solo artist and in the band, Rebel Heels, on Atlantic Records. Since then Michael has established himself in a variety of roles in the music industry including: Composer, Producer, Songwriter and Session/Live Guitarist and Singer. Michael composed and performed the music for the Ryder Cup (2004 and 2008). He has released four independent CDs: Nevada, A Thousand Faces, Motion and Glory and has performed around the world (London, Geneva, Cannes, Beijing and throughout the U.S.) at numerous concerts, press events and corporate shows.
Sunday, August 16: Pancakes with Huck Finn
$10 per person
Seatings at 9:15am and 10:45am for pancakes with the performance at 10am
A family fun day with pancakes and a performance of Wayne David Parker's Huck Finn's Mark Twain, a wonderfully humorous storytelling look at Mark Twain's work through the eyes of Huck Finn. Including stories from both "Tom Sawyer" and "Huckleberry Finn," the show was developed over 30 years ago and has toured nationally. It has also been performed at Greenfield Village for the last ten years. Seatings for pancakes are 9:15am and 10:45am. The play begins at 10am.
Wayne David Parker is an awardwinning actor who has been seen in over 200 professional productions and 18 feature films. He also teaches at Wayne State University and the Michigan Actors' Studio.
