The Encore Musical Theatre Company proudly presents 9 to 5 The Musical, running August 3rd - August 27.

Based on the hit movie with music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, "9 to 5 The Musical" is a story of friendship and revenge in the Rolodex era. The title song, "9 to 5," has become the working woman's anthem.

The plot shines a spotlight on the plight of women in the workplace in the late 1970s. Pushed to the boiling point, three female co-workers concoct a plan to get even with the boss. In a turn of events, Violet, Judy and Doralee (played in the movie by Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda and Dolly Parton) live out their wildest fantasy - giving their boss the boot! While Hart remains "otherwise engaged," the women give their workplace a dream makeover, taking control of the company that had always kept them down.

9 to 5 stars Broadway's Stacia Fernandez and Las Vegas based Ernest William. 9 to 5 is directed by Ray Frewen with Musical Direction by R. MacKenzie Lewis.
