2020 Broadway World Award Nominee For Top Vocalist of the Decade For Miami John Lariviere is a cabaret, concert and jazz singer regularly appearing at theatres and clubs throughout Florida. John specializes in music from Broadway and the great American Songbook. He has sung live on TV on The Suncoast View (Channel 7 - ABC), and Spotlight On The Arts, and live on the radio on KDW (97.5FM) and WLRN (91.3FM). His tribute to George Gershwin includes hit songs such as Someone to Watch Over Me, Embraceable You, Summertime, Fascinating Rhythm, Our Love is Here to Stay, But Not For Me, Swanee, and A Foggy Day. Among his 18 musicals are My One And Only, Of Thee I Sing, Oh Kay!, Funny Face, and Girl Crazy. His best-known orchestral compositions include the impressive "Rhapsody in Blue" and "An American in Paris." Born in 1898, his music and talent has more than stood the test of time.
