WMFE in the Garden Announces Free Shows And Upcoming Children's Events

The Garden Theatre is pleased to announce the next WMFE Kids at the Garden presentation will be an hour of favorite episodes of Dinosaur Train, on Saturday, February 20 at 10am. The movie will be free and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will be distributed beginning at 8am that day at the Garden Theatre Box Office, located at 160 West Plant Street. All members of the party must be present to receive a ticket. Donations will be requested at the door, and always appreciated.

As an extension of this partnership, WMFE and the Garden Theatre announce a series for adults called WMFE at the Garden. These quarterly presentations will include PBS programs such as American Experiences and Masterpiece Theatre. The first event will be American Experience Wyatt Earp on Wednesday, February 17 at 7pm. Tickets will be distributed beginning at 5pm that day at the Garden Theatre Box Office. The movie will be free and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All members of the party must be present to receive a ticket. Donations will be requested at the door, and always appreciated.

ABOUT THE GARDEN THEATRE

Located in the heart of historic downtown Winter Garden on Plant Street, the Garden Theatre is operated by the Winter Garden Heritage Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit community organization which works to preserve local history and offers cultural theatric experiences unique to West Orange County and the citizens of Winter Garden. The theatre restoration project, which began in 2003, showcases an atmospheric theatre in a Mediterranean Revival style venue. The former single screen movie theater hosts live theatre, dance and music, cinema viewings, various community events and educational programs.
