The Coral Springs Center for the Arts is kicking-off a star-packed 2015-2016 season next month with the hilarious, horror-themed THE ROCKING DEAD: A Zombie Musical. The show is being presented as part of the Center's Black Box Studio Series,

The Black Box Studio is located on the Center's third floor, directly above the Coral Springs Museum of Art. The 80-seat cabaret-style performance space provides an intimate atmosphere that allows the audience to be completely immersed in performances and is the perfect setting for a night of engaging theater.

October 9 - November 1

After suffering an embarrassment on national television, the most popular band in the world, The Rocking Dead, retreats to a cabin in the woods for some soul searching and reflection. However, instead of rest and relaxation, the band and their manager are terrified to find the dawn of the zombie apocalypse outside their door. After the sudden arrival of a small town sheriff, worlds collide as opposites are forced to work together to survive the outbreak. With infectious music and a biting script, The Rocking Dead is a hilarious new take on the zombie genre.
