Storybook Theater Company Announces WILEY AND THE HAIRY MAN Auditions 3/10

The Storybook Theater Company has announced that it will be holding auditions for Wiley and the Hairy Man by Suzan Zeder,  directed by Darlene Stewart on Wednesday, March 10 at 10:00 a.m.

Wiley must go out into the swamp to build a hound house for that dog of his. But he's sure the Hairy Man is lurking nearby, and would rather stay in bed instead. Adapted from the traditional southern folktale, Wiley is able to overcome the terrible Hairy Man and realize that he has the power in himself to face whatever fears may haunt him. Ages 5 and up will love this production of "Wiley and the Hairy Man".

Auditions held for adults available for performing during the day for students in 3rd to 8th grade. Performances to be held at the Athens in April. Roles for 2 men, 1 woman and 5 either male or female. Must pass background check and fingerprinting screen. Small stipend available for some roles. The auditions will be held on March 10th at 10:00 a.m. at 108 Florida Ave. (Next to the Athens Theater). The production itself will take place on April 17th at 2:00pm and 4:00pm.
