STARS OF DAVID: STORY TO SONG, a new musical revue based on the best-selling book by Abigail Pogrebin, and produced by Tony Award winning producer Daryl Roth, continues its Florida tour, opening tonight, January 28 and continuing through February 1 at Miami's Dave and Mary Alper JCC, followed by performances February 4 through February 15 at Miami Beach's The Gleason Room - Backstage at the Fillmore and February 17 through March 15 at West Palm Beach's Kravis Center - Persson Hall.
Directed by Gordon Greenberg, STARS OF DAVID was conceived by Aaron Harnick with book by Abigail Pogrebin and Gordon Greenberg. Starring are Patti Gardner, Avi Hoffman, Cassie Levine and Mike Westrich.
This funny and captivating new musical revue features original songs by the finest composers and lyricists of the theatre and celebrates the identity of some of the most well know Jewish personalities including Andy Cohen (Bravo Executive and Host of "Watch What Happens Live"), Gloria Steinem (Author, Feminist and Activist), Kenneth Cole (Fashion Designer, Activist), Fran Drescher (Actress/Comedian, TV's "The Nanny"), Edgar Bronfman Sr. (Former CEO of Warner Music Group), Aaron Sorkin (TV/Film Writer, "The West Wing," The Social Network), Leonard Nimoy (Actor, "Star Trek"), Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg (Supreme Court Justice), Joan Rivers (Actress, Comedian, Host of "Fashion Police"), and Norman Lear (TV Writer/Producer, Creator of "All in the Family," "The Jeffersons"), among others.

STARS OF DAVID: STORY TO SONG's Scenic Designer is Clint Ramos with lighting design by Tyler Micoleau and sound design by Peter Fitzgerald and Josh Liebert. Music direction is by Eric Alsford and the Production Stage Manager is Amy London.
Performances at Miami's Dave and Mary Alper JCC are January 28 through January 31 at 7:30PM, with matinees January 31 and February 1 at 2PM, followed by Miami Beach's The Gleason Room - Backstage at the Fillmore February 4 through February 15 with performances Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7:30PM, Fridays at 8PM, Saturdays at 2PM and 8PM, and Sundays at 3PM and 7PM followed by West Palm Beach's Kravis Center - Persson Hall February 17 through March 15 with performances Tuesdays through Saturdays at 7:30PM and matinees on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 1:30PM.
