The Bach Festival Youth Choir ends their Season with "Spring Sing!," a collection of classical, folk, Broadway and popular songs set for treble voice. This final concert of the season takes place on Friday, May 8 at 7:30pm in the Tiedtke Concert Hall on the Rollins College Campus.

The 2008-2009 Season brought many performance opportunities for the Youth Choir. In addition to their own performances throughout the community, the Youth Choir performed recently with the Bach Festival Choir and Orchestra on Nielsen's Hymnus Amoris, opening the piece with the beauty of their voices. On May 2, the Youth Choir joined the Bach Festival Choir in a performance of Carmina Burana with the London Symphony Orchestra at the Daytona Beach International Festival.

The Bach Festival Society's Youth Choir serves the Central Florida community by providing quality music education with the goal of developing the highest level of artistic excellence in choral music performance. The choir serves students between the ages of 9-15 and strives to enrich the lives of children from all religious, ethnic, cultural and economic backgrounds.
