Under the Bed

A World Premiere by Susan Sandler

February 19 at Caldwell Theatre Company

Rosemary Prinz – star of stage and screen, who created the role of Penny Hughes on As The World Turns from 1956-1968 – will be featured in Caldwell Theatre Company's World Premiere of Under the Bed by Susan Sandler.

This human comedy set in the world of seniors of South Florida is by the playwright and filmmaker who gave us Crossing Delancey.  In this World Premiere, Susan Sandler weaves stories of love and lust and loss, taking us tenderly inside the lives of women and men we feel we know, bringing us characters who move us, seduce us, and tell us their stories with wit and charm and a piercing truth.

Margery Beddow (from leads in Redhead and The Conquering Hero to roles in both The Producers movies);  Ben Hammer (the original The Diary of Anne Frank, Paddy Chayefsky's The Tenth Man and a recurring role as Judge Herman Mooney on Law & Order), and Sylvia Kauders ( created role of Bubbie in Broadway's Crossing Delancey, Prisoner of Second Avenue and dozens of films and popular TV roles) round out this star-studded cast in what promises to be a premier, theatrical event.

From February 19 – April 2.  The World Premiere of Under the Bed.  Don't miss this stellar cast in a superbly written comedy.
