RT Star Celebrates His Birthday at Riverside Theatre, 5/5

RT Star, Riverside Theatre's Education mascot, will be celebrating his birthday with a big party on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10am to 2pm.

This FREE celebration of the performing arts for kids will feature music and theatre presentations, a variety of outdoor games, face painting, hands-on activities, and more!

Riverside Theatre's performance apprentices will present all three of their tour shows on the Waxlax Stage (WS) throughout the event. Showcase performances by education students and the apprentices will take place on the Live in The Loop (LITL) outdoor stage. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

Since 1980, the educational arm of Riverside Theatre has been introducing the performing arts to the children of Indian River County and beyond. With polished productions and intimate storytelling, Riverside seeks to inspire creativity and spark a child's imagination through classes, camps, and workshops.

The schedule for Saturday, May 5th is as follows:

10am - DJ Dance Party on the LITL stage

Complete Works Of William Shakespeare Abridged on the WS

10:45am - Education students on LITL stage

11:30am - River Rat And Cat on the WS

11:30am - DJ Dance Party on the LITL stage

12:15pm - Education students on LITL stage

1pm - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. on the WS
