Saturday, October 28, 2006, at 11:00 AMRose & Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center 3100 Ray Ferrero Jr. Blvd., DavieArs Flores Symphony Orchestra, a mentoring orchestra comprised of professional and conservatory level high school and college musicians, with Mei-Ting Sun, the 2005 winner of the National Chopin Competition and harpist Yumiko Endo Schlaffer.This is the third year that the orchestra is offering its popular, free half-hour concert series. The program is designed for young families and will feature Dvorak's The Noon Witch. The Children will be introduced to the instrument families by sight and sound in a fun, interactive presentation.
