Mounts Botanical Garden of Palm Beach County To Host Three Major Social Events in 2017

The Friends of Mounts Botanical Garden will be hosting three major social events in early 2017:

January 8 at 4 pm (Sunday)

Farm to Table Benefit Dinner at Swank Farm

What: The Friends of Mounts Botanical Garden is going "down on The Farm" as it hosts a rustic al fresco dinner in Swank Farm's field of greens, featuring local celebrity chefs who will create an incredible meal utilizing the best of Florida's farmers, ranchers, artisanal producers, micro-brewers, distillers and organic wine makers. Admission includes a VIP hydroponic garden tour, VIP table, live music by the acoustic root band SOSOS, a multi-course dinner, cocktails and a Mounts specialty gift. For adults 21 and older. rain or shine.

Where: Swank Farm is located at 14311 North Road in Loxahatchee.

February 11 at 11 am (Saturday)

Mounts Botanical Garden

Hearts-n-Bloom Garden Tea Party

What: The Friends of Mounts Botanical Garden is hosting this inaugural event. Guests will enjoy a Mimosa Garden Stroll, followed by a traditional tea party on the Great Lawn, adjacent to the Mounts Butterfly Garden. Attendees are encouraged to wear their best "garden hat" for inclusion in the Designer Hat Fashion Show, and participate in a fun and fantastic Garden Auction.

Where: Mounts Botanical Garden at 531 North Military Trail in West Palm Beach

April 2 at 5:30 pm (Sunday)

Mounts Spring Benefit

What: The Friends of Mounts Botanical Garden is hosting this enchanting annual fundraising event that will include cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a spectacular live auction featuring a diverse array of rare and exceptional plants.

Where: At a private garden in Palm Beach.

Who: Event co-chairs are Sandy Smith and Polly Reed.

With a mission to inspire the public, Mounts Botanical Garden is Palm Beach County's oldest and largest botanical garden, offering gorgeous displays of tropical and sub-tropical plants, plus informative classes, workshops, and other fun-filled events.
