The Mosaic Theatre of Plantation, Florida will present COMPLETELY HOLLYWOOD (ABRIDGED) by ReEd Martin and Austin Tichenor (additional material by Dominic Conti) September 9 through October 3.  The production will star Antonio Amadeo, Erik Fabregat, and Christian Rockwell.

They've skillfully shortened Shakespeare, comically condensed the Bible, and merrily mutilated the Millennium. No other ensemble concentrates so much into "90 minutes of non-stop hilarity!" (The Daily Mail). Now setting their sights on Tinseltown, the Mosaic Theater gives Hollywood more than just a nip and a tuck. They cut through the celluloid and fast forward through movie history, splicing Casablanca, Rocky, Star Wars, Titanic, Avatar, and every other enduring Hollywood moment into the ultimate gag reel.

Antonio Amadeo is ready for Round Six with Richard Jay Simon at Mosaic Theatre where he was previously seen as Jan in Rock and Roll, Dwight in Dead Man's Cell Phone, Kenneth Waters in Guest Artist, Matt in Red Light Winter & John Merrick in The Elephant Man (Carbonell nomination). A proud AEA member, Amadeo recently completed the World Premiere of Michael McKeever's Unreasonable Doubt at Actors' Playhouse. Other South Florida credits include: Adam in Steven Dietz's Yankee Tavern at Florida Stage, Elliot in Nerve, Valene in The Lonesome West, and Romeo in Romeo & Juliet (The Naked Stage), Ensemble member in City Theatre's Summer Shorts Festival (2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008), Linus in You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown & Ruckley in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (Actors' Playhouse) as well as Mr. Marks in Intimate Apparel, the Defendant in Romance, Laith in Betrayed and Katurian in The Pillowman (2007 Carbonell Award Winner) all at GableStage. All praise to God, thanks to friends and family, and all love to his beautiful wife Katie and daughter Lara. For Abi.

Erik Fabregat is a three-time Carbonell nominated actor and proud member of Miami's own MadCat Theater Company. Completely Hollywood (Abridged) marks Erik's fifth collaboration with the Mosaic Theatre. Other notable credits on this stage include Dirty Story and Why Torture is Wrong and the People Who Love Them.

Christian Rockwell was last seen in Mosaic Theatre's production of Why Torture is Wrong and The People Love Them (Carbonell nomination for Best Production). Audience members may also remember Christian from other past favorites including The Seafarer (Carbonell Award for Best Production), Dealers Choice (Carbonell nominations for Best Production & Best Ensemble), Amadeus (Carbonell Nomination and Curtain up award for Best featured Actor), Art (Carbonell Award for Best Ensemble), The Elephant Man, Someone Who'll Watch Over Me and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), another favorite by The Reduced Shakespeare Company. This is Christian's ninth production with the Mosaic Theatre in as many years and he wishes to congratulate Richard for making it to his tenth season! Can't believe it's been ten years already. Completely Hollywood (Abridged) is such a joy to be part of, having been a HUGE fan of all things Hollywood since an early age growing up on an isolated farm in the remote foothills of southern Spain. It is a dream come true to be re-living those great screen moments and to be sharing the stage with a couple of the world's finest actors. Thank you boys, love your work! And to the women in his life, Elena and Kaila, you girls Rock!
