For Reasons That Remain Unclear by Mart Crowley

Rome. Twilight.

Patrick, a playwright turned Hollywood screenwriter, runs into a priest while prowling the city and takes him back to his room for a drink.  Is it a chance encounter?

Suddenly the door is locked and a game of cat and mouse begins.  What lies beneath the bantering, the innuendo, the questions?  With Hitchcock-like suspense, the expressionistic tolling of the church bells in the distance begin to unveil a hidden truth that cannot remain undisclosed.

From the playwright who brought us The Boys In The Band comes a look at activities the church would rather forget.  Reasons contains a surprise twist and builds to a rather intense climax.

This is not your typical 'priest' play.
