MR AND MISS PRIDE SOUTH FLORIDA Comes to Aventura

This year's Mr & Miss Pride South Florida is scheduled for March 19th, 2018. The show returns under Latrice Royale Incorporated, in its seventh year under LRI. The competition will be held at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center at 8:00pm, featuring entertainment by Latrice Royale (RuPaul's Drag Race), Wendy Williams (in her 15th anniversary of Mr & Miss Pride South Florida), Antonio Edwards (Mr. Florida M.E. 2017), Kalah Mendoza (Miss Florida F.L. 2017), TP Lords (Former Miss Florida F.L. at large), Tommie Ross, and more former Pride South Florida royalty. The annual event will also honor Mr and Miss Pride South Florida '17, Judas Elliot and Delores T. Van Carter.

In a recent interview with BWW contributor Trevor Durham, Latrice Royale said about the event, "It doesn't have to have that TV brand on it to make it a worthy event. Again, it's for the community. It's for the people. It's for all ages, it's a pageant! It's a night of really extravagant entertainment and glamour and humor and just a really good time."

There is mandatory contestant registration at 2:00pm. The categories: Presentation, Show Your Pride, Swim Wear, Talent, Evening Gown, Q&A. Those interested in competing can get more information at pridesouthfl.com, the Pride South Florida Facebook page, or by contacting LRI.
