There's no mystery in what the opening night audience thought of Actors' Playhouse season closer The Mystery of Irma Vep - they loved it! A cheering crowd of 300 VIP guests gathered in the upstairs Balcony Theatre for the Opening Night of Charles Ludlum's The Mystery of Irma Vep Friday, July 14 at the Miracle Theatre.
Tom Wahl and John Felix, veteran South Florida actors, played all of the eight characters in the comedy as they raced through and survived the twists and turns in the crazy plot complete with werewolves, vampires and damsels in distress. All this hysteria, combined with quick costume changes, made The Mystery of Irma Vep a hit with the evening's opening night audience.
