The play is about 4 real estate salesmen who are locked in a battle to become the top producing salesman in a Chicago real estate firm. They are trying to sell questionable land plots in Glengarry Highlands and Glen Ross Farms in the marshlands of Florida. They utilize every tool at their disposal from charm to dishonesty to thug-like intimidation. It's a world of hyper-masculinity where being the top-dog means everything.
